Ivan Rushmer

Ivan Rushmer is the founder of Trackerserver, the white-label tracking platform of which InSight Mesh is the indoor positioning module.

Rushmer has worked in telematics since 2014, and the work has always had two sides. The first is hardware. Rushmer has close ties with a number of the world's foremost makers of telematics devices, knows at first hand the Chinese industry in which most such devices originate, and has contributed to the development of new ones. The second is software, in which Rushmer is a full-stack developer.

InSight Mesh sits where those two sides meet. The module is built on Teltonika's Wirepas Mesh range of tags, anchors and gateways, and Trackerserver provides the layer above the radio network: the floor plans, the three-dimensional building view, the zones, the history and the reports that a tracking business presents to its clients.

Trackerserver is supplied to tracking companies as a platform of their own, on a dedicated server and under their own brand and domain. InSight Mesh extends that platform from the road into the building, so that a provider's clients follow vehicles outdoors and people, stock and equipment indoors within a single account.
